What if there’s an issue with my purchase?

Our goal is for you to be completely happy with your purchase! If your order is not perfect, please email us at CustomerLove@EFYTAL.com. From there, we can discuss alterations (like chain length adjustments), repairs, exchanges, and returns. Our customer service team is always happy to help you! 

 

What is your return policy? 

If your purchase can’t be made perfect through a modification or exchange, you can return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us! 

 

When and how will my order ship?

Items generally ship via USPS within 1-2 business of purchase. You’ll receive an email when your order ships, so you can start getting excited! 

 

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic standard shipping for orders $30 and over is FREE! For orders under $30, we charge the best available flat rate based on the shipping address ($3 - $5). If you’re in a time crunch, we also offer expedited shipping options - those can be selected at checkout. Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship to most countries internationally. International shipping typically costs $12.99. Please be advised that many countries require extra customs fees to be paid upon an international package’s arrival at its destination. These fees vary widely by country and are very difficult for us to determine. For this reason, we do not include potential customs fees in our shipping prices. Any potential customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility. If your package is held by customs and you do not wish to pay the additional fees, you may refuse the package. We will issue a refund once the package is delivered back to our studio. If you refuse the package because you do not wish to pay the customs fee, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. 

 

Can you gift wrap my order? 

Your order arrives with everything you need to create a beautifully presented gift: an EFYTAL jewelry box, gift bag, and tissue paper, a mini notecard and envelope, a SilverSaver©️ bag, and a polishing cloth. The jewelry is placed in its own secure packaging to protect it from tarnishing or tangling during transit. It takes less than a minute for you to assemble into the perfect gift presentation! 

If you are shipping a gift directly to the recipient and wish to have it pre-assembled in the gift packaging, we are happy to do it for you. Please be advised, that there is a risk of tarnishing if the jewelry is left outside of its protective packaging and on top of the message card for an extended period of time. For this reason, we will only pre-assemble your order in the gift packaging upon a specific request to do so. 

 

What materials do you use? 

The metals we use are 925 Sterling Silver and 14k Gold-Filled. Our products do not contain nickel and are unlikely to cause an allergic reaction. Some of our pieces also include Czech glass beads or cultured freshwater pearls. All of our materials are sourced from reputable suppliers, and we stand by the quality 100%. 

 

What is 925 Sterling Silver? 

925 Sterling Silver consists of 92.5% silver (hence, “925”) and 7.5% of other metals, usually copper. Our Sterling Silver is versatile, hypoallergenic, and high quality.

 

What does “14k Gold-Filled” mean? 

Gold-filled jewelry is composed of a solid layer of gold that is heat-bonded to a base metal (for example brass, or Sterling Silver). Because this layer of gold is over 50 times thicker than the layer of gold on a Gold-plated piece, it’s the best alternative to solid gold - and doesn’t come with the hefty price tag! When treated with care, our Gold-filled pieces should last for many years to come.

 

How should I care for my jewelry? 

It is best to avoid sleeping, showering, swimming, and exercising in any jewelry, as these activities can reduce the longevity of your pieces. Sterling silver can also tarnish rapidly when exposed to products like sunscreen, lotion, and perfume. Tarnishing is reversible, but we prefer to avoid using these products while wearing our jewelry in order to keep the metal as shiny as possible. Additionally, we include a SilverSaver bag and cleaning cloth in every order so that you can safely store and clean your jewelry. 

 

What if my jewelry breaks? 

Sometimes chains break - we get it! If your chain breaks within the first two years of ownership, we’ll replace or repair the chain for free. After two years, we will either repair the chain (if possible) or, when necessary, we’ll help you purchase a replacement chain. If any other component of your piece breaks (this is extremely rare) we will replace it for you! If we don’t carry that piece anymore, we will issue you a store credit.

 

Is this site secure?

This site is hosted and operated by Shopify (a secure E-commerce platform).  All credit card transactions are processed through Shopify which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.  You can shop with confidence!
